In the mods I have disabled (before going out of the alternate start) the more trouble makers (such as radioactive storms of FWE I think it was). Sorry for such large list, but it was the only way to put it (I think. It does, as posted above, come down to DW vs Fellout, as both can work with Enhanced Weather to give rain. Intel i-7 4500u 1.8ghz (up to around 3ghz) I enabled only 2 cores (after crashes I decided to do it, but doesn't really matter since I have a 2-core cpu) After a few metres (around 1 minute moving) game suddenly has a fps drop and it closes saying that it has to close due to a problem and all that thing. In high and Ultra, around 30fps (very playable). This was honestly one of the hardest decisions IвЂ™ve had to make, the projectвЂ™s lead programmer, NafNaf95. In varying degrees and depending on cloud cover, Dynamic Weather has much darker nights than Vanilla Fallout 3.

The team behind The Capital Wasteland Project, a mod to recreate Fallout 3 inside Fallout 4, has canceled the project after consulting with both Bethesda and outside legal counsel. Utilizing Bethesda's original weather types, my own custom weather types and assets from Skingrad's Enhanced Weather, Dynamic Weather includes Rainstorms, Lightning Storms as well as Fog and Sandstorms.
